November 12, 2026: Federal Hemp Law Requirements
Federal hemp regulations are currently scheduled to change on November 12, 2026, unless Congress approves modifications prior to implementation.
Under the proposed law, hemp products would need to meet a 0.4 mg Total THC per container standard for finished hemp products.
Products that may be affected include:
THCA flower
Delta-8 products
Delta-9 gummies and edibles
Hemp beverages
Vape products
Full-spectrum CBD products containing THC
As part of the application process, please provide current Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all hemp products being sold through retail or ecommerce channels.

Equipment for Retail Merchants
You'll receive a standalone payment terminal with a built-in printer, shipped directly to your business and preconfigured with your bank info for processing and next-day funding.
Simply plug it in and connect to Wi-Fi—no complex setup required. Training provided.
For deliveries, outside transactions, events, and mobile sales, a device scanner is available.
The terminal accepts chip, tap, swipe, and PIN debit transactions, as well as all major credit and debit cards.
What Documents Are Required to Apply?
We'll email you a simple checklist of required documents and guide you through the entire process. We handle the application submission and communicates directly with underwriting on your behalf.
Commonly Required Documents
• Valid driver's license for owners with 25% or greater ownership
• Social Security Number for owners with 25% or greater ownership
• Business formation documents (LLC, Corporation)
• Voided check or bank letter showing routing and account numbers
• Three months of business bank statements
• Three months of processing statements (if currently accepting payments)
• Vendor invoice and fulfillment location information
• Proof of domain ownership (e-commerce businesses only)
