• Processing Rate Example: 3.00% flat fee + $0.12 per transaction. This fee can be absorbed by you, split with the customer, or passed on entirely. The rate is determined by the processor and will be disclosed after the application is approved.
• Statement Fee: $10/mo.
• CMS Setup Fee: $100 (one-time) Inc. payment gateway, compliance setup, fraud tools, WooCommerce integration, merchant ID, reporting dashboard, and underwriting.
• Industry Compliance Fee: $7.95/mo. Standard PCI security
• Hemp Compliance Monitoring Fee: $99/mo. Required 3rd-party monitoring. (ecommerce merchants only)

Once you complete the CBS contact form, we'll email you a list of required documents and a link to make application.  

Ecommerce Merchants:

Must have a website that includes:

• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) displayed on each product page or on a dedicated "Lab Results" page, linked in the footer
• A disclaimer in the footer
• A contact page with your customer service phone number, email, and address
• Separate pages: Privacy policy, terms and conditions, shipping and return policy

Manage all payments through a secure login dashboard. User training is included to ensure a smooth setup and operation.

In-Store Transactions

You'll receive a standalone terminal with a built-in printer, delivered directly to your location. It comes preloaded with your banking information. Just plug it in and connect to Wi-Fi. No complex setup needed.

A mobile scanner is also available for events and off-site sales.

The terminal accepts chip, tap, swipe, and PIN debit payments using all major credit and debit cards.

Approval & Agreement

Application approval typically takes 1 to 7 business days. There are no long-term contracts. To cancel services, simply provide 60 days’ written notice.

Settlement & Funding

Select your batch schedule (daily, weekly, or another interval), and funds will be deposited to your bank account within two to three business days.

We’ll email you a link to complete your free online application. Please note: your information will not be saved due to confidential information, so it’s best to have all required documents ready for upload before you begin.

A hemp-friendly bank account is required to apply. If you don’t currently have one, we’re happy to provide a complimentary introduction to one of our trusted national banking partners.

• 3 months of bank statements (if applicable)
• 3 months of transaction statements (if applicable)
• Signed CBD & Hemp Disclosure (provided by Cannabis Business Solutions)
• Voided check or a bank letter on official letterhead with routing and account numbers
• Stock Image of products (warehouse, office or other storage area)
• Vendor invoice
