To begin approval, please provide:

Business & Banking

• Current Cannabis Business License
• Voided Check or Bank Letter (business name, routing & account number)
• EIN Letter (IRS-issued)
• Completed W-9
• Operating Agreement (if not avail, we can assist)
• Certificate of Good Standing / Status (if not avail, we can assist)

Ownership Verification

• Owner ID(s) – Driver’s License or Passport (25%+ ownership)
• Last 4 digits of each owner’s SSN

Operations

• ATM Photos – 1–2 images per cash dispensing ATM (all locations)
• Number of Employees on Payroll
• Estimated Monthly Payroll

• Application is reviewed and submitted to the processor
• Approval typically within 24–48 hours
• Terminals are programmed and shipped (next day, 2-day, or ground 5–7 business days — your choice)
• Training is scheduled for setup guidance and a test transaction
