Our Cashless ATM works alongside any POS system—no integration required.

At the counter:

1. Budtender rings up the order in your POS
2. Total is entered into the Cashless ATM terminal
3. Customer inserts or taps debit card and enters PIN
4. Transaction is rounded to the nearest $5.00 (Example: $47.20 → $50.00)
5. Customer receives cash back for the difference (Example: $2.80 returned)
6. Budtender marks the order as paid in the POS

Result:

Simple, fast checkout with accurate POS reporting and secure debit processing.

There are no monthly fees.

Optional: If you need more reliable connectivity, add a SIM card for a dedicated 5G connection ($25/mo. per terminal)

Because the Cashless ATM is not integrated with your POS, transactions are recorded using a custom tender.

How it works:

• Select a tender such as “Debit / Cashless ATM” in your POS

• Enter the same amount into the terminal

• Mark the sale as paid

• Current Cannabis Business License
• Voided Check or Bank Letter (business name, routing & account number)
• EIN Letter (IRS-issued)
• Completed W-9
• Operating Agreement (if not avail, we can assist)
• Certificate of Good Standing / Status (if not avail, we can assist)

Ownership Verification

• Owner ID(s) – Driver’s License or Passport (25%+ ownership)
• Last 4 digits of each owner’s SSN

Operations

• ATM Photos – 1–2 images per cash dispensing ATM (all locations)
• Number of Employees on Payroll
• Estimated Monthly Payroll

• Your application is reviewed and submitted to our processor and partner bank
• Most applications receive an approval or follow-up questions within approximately 24–48 hours
• Once approved, you will receive your Merchant Dashboard login credentials by email
• Terminals are programmed and shipped based on your preferred delivery speed: next day, 2-day, or ground (5–7 business days)
