Our Cashless ATM solution provides a familiar debit payment option for specialty retailers, cannabis businesses and other merchants, supporting in-store and drive-thru transactions.
At checkout:
- Customer inserts debit card + PIN
- Transaction rounded to the nearest $5
- Customer receives the difference as cash back (ATM-style)
Example:
$17.20 purchase → processed as $20 → $2.80 cash back

POS + Cashless ATM: How It Works
At the Counter:
- If the Cashless ATM is integrated with your POS system, the staff member simply rings up the order in the POS.
- If the system is not integrated, the staff member enters the total purchase amount into the Cashless ATM terminal.
- The customer inserts their debit card and enters their PIN.
- The transaction is rounded up to the nearest $5.00. Example: $47.20 → $50.00
- The staff member provides the customer with the cash-back difference. Example: $2.80 returned
- The staff member completes the sale and marks the order as paid in the POS.

- Owner ID(s) – Driver’s License or Passport (25%+ ownership)
- Last 4 digits of each owner’s SSN

Once we receive your documents, CBS Payments will submit your application.
- Most applications are approved within 24–48 hours.
