But wait, there’s a new product that’s getting attention and looks to be a 2021 front runner. Researchers have found that of the 100 cannabinoids, Delta 8 THC activates the CB1 receptors in the body and brain helping with insomnia, anxiety, pain and depression. It also eliminates nausea and vomiting in cancer patients. The difference between Delta 8 THC and its predecessor Delta 9 THC, which has a euphoric effect, is that Delta 8 (when combined with CBD) has all the benefits, but with little to no high.

Retailers should carry three varieties of products; a full spectrum CBD from the whole plant with .03% THC, broad spectrum CBD from the whole plant minus THC and an isolate with only CBD. It’s also a good idea to offer shoppers a range in strengths and pricing from 750mg - 1,500mg at $25.00 - $70.00 per month and advance strengths containing 2,500mg - 5,000mg costing anywhere from $70.00 - $250.00 per month.
The good news is that it's not too late to start a CBD business or add CBD products to your existing wellness line as either a private label company or a reseller. Advantages of launching your own line allows you to have control over the name, design, label and branding. However, there is a minimum quantity order (MOQ) of 100 units. The more you buy the lower the wholesale price. On the other hand, a CBD reseller can start a business quickly by carrying a name brand already on the market. A reseller is required to order only 12 units.
